At Nuraya Exclusive, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund under the following conditions.

Return Policy:

  • Return requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original packaging with tags intact.

  • Used items or items with removed tags are not eligible for return.

  • Items purchased on sale or discount are non-returnable, unless the product is defective.

Refund Policy:

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit.

  • Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable.

Defective or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
