Return Policy:
Return requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.
The item must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
Used items or items with removed tags are not eligible for return.
Items purchased on sale or discount are non-returnable, unless the product is defective.
Refund Policy:
Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit.
Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable.
Defective or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
